Thank you for participating in this study to measure personality traits in the banking and finance industry. The results of this research will be used to help banking and financial institutions increase organizational efficiency and make more effective hiring decisions. This study was designed by Dr. Alan Mead, at the Center for Research and Services at Illinois Institute of Technology.

This study is limited to finance and banking professionals and all results are completely confidential. All participants who complete the entire study will receive a detailed, professionally-developed feedback report interpreting their personality survey results. This report will help you better understand yourself and how you work best.

In order to participate, you will need to register. Registration requires that you supply your name and email address. We will then immediately send you an email with a link to the survey login page. In order to protect you confidentiality, your name will be replaced by a code after data collection is complete.

All responses are treated as confidential, and in no case will responses from individual participants be identified. Rather, all data will be pooled and analyzed in aggregate form only.
